The Blister Pack Service is for all dispensing patients with six or more regular daily medications. The pharmacy team will organise your medication into weekly trays with set intervals to ensure you are taking the exact medication at the correct time. This service is not always suitable but can be a great aid in those that find it difficult to manage multiple medications.

For those patients that have carers that administer medication we also offer free Medicine administration record (MAR) Charts which can be customised to suit your personal needs. The type of medication and the moment it is administered are accurately recorded in this working document. A new MAR chart is created every month after the previous one expires.

As part of the blister pack service we will ensure we order all medication directly from your nominated GP practice. We will then ensure all medication is arranged in weekly blister packs which are clearly marked with the day and the time they should be taken. Once the medication is ready we will either have it ready to collect from the pharmacy or it can be put on home delivery.
